Kotozna Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Genri Goto, https://kotozna.com/, hereinafter Kotozna) is pleased to announce its collaboration with Glad Cube Inc. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, CEO: Hiroki Kanashima, hereinafter “Glad Cube”) to expand multilingual generative AI services.
● Collaboration to deliver multilingual solutions supporting global business expansion In recent years, as companies accelerate their global expansion, the importance of multilingual website support is increasing. However, traditional translation work is time-consuming and costly, making it difficult to naturally express language-specific nuances and cultural backgrounds.
Kotozna aims to “eliminate language barriers with cutting-edge technology” and has developed a multilingual AI chatbot called Kotozna ConcierGAI, as well as Kotozna In-room, a multilingual concierge service for accommodation facilities. Glad Cube, meanwhile, brings extensive experience in AI system development and digital transformation support.
Through this collaboration, Kotozna’s multilingual AI technology will be combined with Glad Cube’s AI system development capabilities to provide more efficient and high-quality solutions that meet the multilingual needs of companies.
In this collaboration, Glad Cube will incorporate Kotozna’s multilingual AI technology into its own services and provide package sales and customization support. In addition, Glad Cube will utilize its knowledge of AI solutions to build a system that provides consistent support from the formulation to the execution of multilingual strategies.
